Navorynth Terms of Sale (DRAFT)

DRAFT — REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW. These terms cover buying Navorynth. Using the software is governed by COMMERCIAL_LICENSE.md. Refunds and cancellation are in REFUND_AND_CANCELLATION.md.

What Navorynth is

Navorynth is software that runs on your Windows computer. It coordinates AI models that you connect with your own accounts: OpenAI models act as the Product Manager and Reviewer, and Anthropic’s Claude Code acts as the Builder. It plans, builds and tests software on your computer, inside a local sandbox.

Navorynth is not a software development firm or agency. No person at the seller writes, reviews or tests your software, and we do not see your projects.

What you are buying

  • White-glove setup (one-time): a guided session in which we help you install Navorynth and its prerequisites, connect your own AI provider accounts and start your first project. [DECISION NEEDED: format (remote call / screen share), length, scheduling window.] You enter your API keys yourself; we never ask for them.
  • Membership (monthly): a license file for Navorynth for Windows, for the period you have paid for, plus updates and support as described in SUPPORT.md. [DECISION NEEDED: what “updates” a membership includes.]

Not included:

  • Access to AI models. You need your own OpenAI and Anthropic API accounts, and you pay those providers directly for what the models do. A ChatGPT or Claude subscription is not an API key. See AI_PROVIDER_DISCLOSURE.md.
  • Third-party software that you install and accept yourself, each under its own terms: Microsoft WSL 2, Podman (or Docker Desktop), Git for Windows, Anthropic’s Claude Code, and Microsoft Edge WebView2 (part of Windows). See QUICKSTART.md.

Before you buy

  • Try the demo first (aibridge demo --product): it shows the whole workflow with scripted AI responses, at no cost and with no AI provider accounts.
  • System requirements: Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 (64-bit), virtualization enabled (for WSL 2), about 10 GB free disk space, 16 GB RAM recommended.
  • Pre-release status: Navorynth is currently a release candidate and is not yet code-signed, so Windows may warn before running it. [REVIEW: how pre-release status is disclosed in the offer.]

Price, payment and delivery

  • Price: the setup fee and the monthly membership price as shown at purchase ([SETUP FEE], [MEMBERSHIP PRICE] per month, [CURRENCY]). Founding prices are not final. Taxes: [REVIEW].
  • Payment is handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER / MERCHANT OF RECORD]. We never see or store your card details.
  • The membership renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; see REFUND_AND_CANCELLATION.md.
  • Delivery: the download link and your license file by email within [TIME].

AI provider costs are yours, and you set the maximum

  • OpenAI and Anthropic bill your own accounts for model usage. We do not charge for, resell or control that usage, and we cannot refund it.
  • For each project you set a hard maximum budget in Navorynth. Navorynth enforces it on your computer, between model calls, using the providers’ usage reports and published prices. A request that is already in progress when the limit is reached can overshoot it slightly. Provider prices change and provider billing can lag; the provider’s bill is what you owe.
  • Set spending limits in your OpenAI and Anthropic accounts as well.

What Navorynth does and does not promise

  • AI can make mistakes. The models can produce code that is wrong, insecure or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing what Navorynth builds before you rely on it, especially anything production-, security-, legal-, financial- or medical-sensitive.
  • Building is not executing. Navorynth builds and tests software on your computer, in a sandbox. It never on its own deploys to production, charges cards, places trades, sends real messages to real people or migrates production data. Those actions are always yours.
  • No guarantee of production readiness. Labels such as “complete”, “verified” or “Proof of Build” describe the evidence Navorynth collected (automated tests, AI reviews, browser checks). They are not a warranty. A build report that says NEEDS HUMAN QA means a person must try the product before it is used.

Your projects stay yours

Your projects, code and data are stored on your computer and remain yours, and accessible, whether or not your membership is active. Uninstalling Navorynth keeps them by default. See COMMERCIAL_LICENSE.md, section 3, and PRIVACY.md.

Use Navorynth lawfully and within the providers’ usage policies: see ACCEPTABLE_USE.md.
